We take payment by cash, check, or credit card.
$75 Quickstart group lesson - 3-4 hours
$110 Introduction to Kayak group lesson - 6 hours - avg group
$140 Coastal Kayak Level 2 or 3 group lesson - 8 hours - avg
group size 1-3
$50/hr Private Instruction; $30/hour Guiding fee
$42.54 Sit-inside single for half day lesson or 2 hour guided
$63.81 Sit-inside single kayak for all day lesson or guided
trip over 2 hours.
Unaccompanied rentals: $63.81 for a 2 hour minimum, then
$21.27/hour for addt'l time, pro-rated/quarter hour
6.35% CT sales tax is included in above rates.
Kayak rentals include life vest & paddle, with spray
skirt, pump and paddle float for sit-inside kayaks.
Kayak, Paddle Board, SUP, Canoe or Sailboard Storage Rack
Outside on rack: $20/month
Inside in basement: $40/month
Rack holds boats up to 20', 30" wide, less than 90
Sea kayaking is a high risk sport. Please read our page What to Wear & Bring Kayaking
to understand how best to prepare.
Participation: Kayak Adventure reserves the right to
re-schedule a class or tour if there are less than two
Weather: We cancel for downpour, high winds or
Cancellations: We appreciate 24 hours notice if you need to
change your plans.
Waiver: You will be asked to sign a waiver form.
ID: A photo identification document is required for
unaccompanied rentals - driver's license or passport.

Travel Fees to your location
We will travel to your location anywhere in CT or
One way travel time is charged at $20/hour, pro-rated by the
minute using Google Maps time.
Round trip travel mileage is charged at 50 cents/mile (lower
than the IRS rate).
Mileage is calculated using Google Maps from 24 Poplar
St., Norwalk, CT to your destination.
